We're using the much talked about copen-source development methodology which has a lot in common with open-source but has more face2face interaction (hence needing to be in or around Copenhagen).
You'll be able to choose for yourself what you work on, when and how you do it and you'll be involvd right at the very start to help spec and shape the prototype.
